I have this idea that while anxiety was the great discovery of the first half of the 20th century, paranoia is the greatest discovery of the second half. (I realize that both discoveries are probably symptomatic of boredom - which is the true great discovery of the 20th century, but prob'ly no one would wanna hear a pop song by Beckett.)
I just read that Iceland's supreme court found sherriff Joe Arpnio's jail conditions to be "barbaric" and it would be a violation of yer civil rights to be taken from Iceland and placed in Maricopa county jail. I know its kinda a "dog-bites-man" story.
The band usta watch a lotta Sailormoon. Matt's bass can sound just like the "Invid Attack" music on Robotech.
Sometimes we tag the theme from "Shot in the Dark" after the Sailormoon part.

Pretty slammin' left turn only tune about hip '70s terrorism. The B part is called "yr fave Sailor Moon tune", where we each play just that. Somehow that never got into the working title. "Shot in the Dark" is sometimes the stinger.
